The first waitress collected our drink orders and our appetizers. This business was established in the 1960s by Floyd and Peggy Waller when they opened a restaurant in the heart of Cajun country, Houma, LA. Today, the third generation, the Bergerons, have brought this. Our original waitress was taking too long so the first one came to take our orders. In the process our waitress arrived and took the orders. After waiting 30-45 minutes we tried to cancel the order and only pay for what we had received. The waitress then said well the order is on its way 30 minutes later then our order arrived. The fish and oysters had no seasoning so we were talking to the first waitress about the incident and the other lady walked over and said they’re full of bs and started talking to us in a harsh way.
